The Right of Final Disposition Forms

WFDA members are now able to download the necessary forms from the member side of the WFDA website.  Go to the www.wfda.organd log in with your member information, go to the Forms and Documents link and you will find  two new forms for your use – Authorization for Final Disposition and Final Disposition Claim of Authority.  Both forms are in Word and PDF formats.  These forms were created for WFDA members by T.
